
Dr Jellie Molino
Dr Jellie Molino, PhD (Turin); LL.M (George Washington); EMBA (Asian Institute of Management); JD (Batangas); AB (Philippines–Diliman), is an international legal expert in sustainable public procurement (SPP) with extensive experience advising international organisations, including UNOPS, UNEP, UNDP, the World Bank, IFC, OECD, ITC-ILO, and the Asian Development Bank. She is a member of the Philippine Bar, specialising in administrative law, environmental law, and corporate compliance.
She is currently a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at the Hughes Hall Centre for Climate Change Engagement at the University of Cambridge, where her research focuses on private law, procurement, and climate change. She also serves as an International SPP Expert for the World Bank in Bangladesh.
